Groundswell is the peer-driven professional community where autism and disabilities professionals connect, collaborate, and stop growing alone.
Become a Founding MemberYou're surrounded by people all day but rarely get to think out loud with someone who understands this work at your level.
You've been to the conferences. You've sat in the rows. You've left with a tote bag and mild disappointment.
The BCBA, the OT, the teacher, and the parent are all serving the same person and barely talking to each other.
THE SOLUTION
A peer-driven professional community built specifically for autism and related-disabilities professionals — where you share, learn, lead, and grow alongside people who truly understand the work.
Connect with BCBAs, teachers, OTs, SLPs, paraprofessionals, practice owners, parents, and caregivers who understand this work at the level you do.
Participant-driven sessions with no slides, no presenter, and no agenda set by someone who doesn't know what you actually need.
Finally in the same room with people from every discipline who serve the same individuals — sharing, learning, and building something better together.
The community, the conversations, and the peer network this field has always needed but never had.

OPENING TOPIC
What does it actually look like when everyone in our client's world works together well — and what gets in the way?
I'm Jen. I'm a BCBA and a former special education teacher. I've sat at both sides of the table that divides this field.
When I moved from education into ABA I expected a lot of things to be different. I didn't expect to feel so alone.
In education I had a professional learning network that made me better at my job every single week. I walked into the ABA field and that was gone.
I went looking for a community that fixed this. It didn't exist. So I built it.
The field was already full of people who showed up. Nobody built the stadium yet.
We're building it now.
